Helen Thomas Apologizes for Saying Jews Should 'Get the Hell Out of Palestine'

Veteran White House reporter Helen Thomas has issued an apology after saying in an interview that Jews should “get the hell out of Palestine.”

Thomas, a longtime White House correspondent who now writes a column for Hearst newspapers, made the comments May 27 after a White House Jewish heritage event.

Asked by Rabbi David Nesenoff of RabbiLive.com if she had “any comments on Israel,” Thomas replied, “Tell them to get the hell out of Palestine.”

Thomas went on to say that the Palestinian people “are occupied and it’s their land” and that Israelis should “go home” -- to Poland, Germany, America “and everywhere else.”

In a written statement issued Friday, Thomas apologized, saying, “I deeply regret my comments I made last week regarding the Israelis and the Palestinians.”

She said the comments “do not reflect” her “heart-felt belief that peace will come to the Middle East only when all parties recognize the need for mutual respect and tolerance.”

“May that day come soon,” she added.

She simply said what was on her mind, and mostly truth. Jews and Israel have been persecuting Palestenians for decades. But if anyone slips up or has the gall to say it in public, that's the end of them.

It's an unsolvable problem at present. It does seem to me however that the Jews are the ones with the tanks, fighter jets, and automatic weapons, and the Palestinians are the one's with the rocks. Hamas is just the latest fuel to the fire. "Look, we've got rockets and missiles now".

Well, we can't have that, so we'll just kill everything that moves in the name of defense of the state of Israel. It comes down to (so far) that these people, because of religious and cultural differences, simply cannot live in overlapping land, and hate each others guts and want every last one of the other one destroyed.  Each one thinks the other one is out to destroy every living one of them. This is 99% due to their opposing religious beliefs. And the other 1% due to their cultural differences.

But for those of you who think Israel is innocent in this conflict, and are just protecting themselves, you should look a little deeper into it. I don't have a dog in this hunt, I'm just an observer from afar.

But it seems to me that Israel has done more than their share of killing and persecuting. Given the fact that they have FAR superior technology.

It's like if you say anything bad about Israel, YOU are an anti-semite, and a Jew hater. Sound familiar? If you say anything bad about Barrack Obama's policies, YOU are a racist.

Helen Thomas may not have said what people want to hear. She may be of Lebanese decent. But she's been covering press conferences since Eisenhower, and is what 90 years old?

THERE IS STILL A FIRST AMENDMENT IN THIS COUNTRY! Belive it or not, it still exists, although maybe not to its true form. If NOTHING else, she had the RIGHT to say what she said, and under the First Amendment, she should not get punished for it. I wasn't talking to you. I was making a statement in general about the story. You're not the only one who commented on it, and you posted your 'opinion' like others did. Do I not get to have my opinion as well? And MOSTLY, it was a First Amendment statement. I didn't think anybody could argue with that, but I could be wrong.

Elitist or not, we still in this country, for the most part, have a right to say what we want to say. I do not read in the Bill of Rights where you have a right 'not to be offended', but I do read where you have the right to speak freely.

a bit of a history lesson.

Once upon a time, a long long time ago in a universe far, far away, the leaders of a gang of cutthroats from around the Caucasus decides, for whatever reason, that they were going to convert to Judaism. And they did. These folks were known as 'Khazars'.

They fell on harder times, and the rest of the folks around there decided to run them off for their cutthroat, robbing habits. And they percolated into Europe. Folks in Europe didn't like them any better than did the Rooskies. They tended to specialize in money-changing, loan sharking, and the like. Not all of them, of course, but that is what they were known for. They settled all over Yoo-rope, Hungary, Czech, Poland, Germany.

They were clannish, did not assimilate into the local population, and kept up their thievish ways where they could.

They renamed themselves. They began to call themselves 'Ashkenazi', which means, in Yiddish, 'German'.

Along comes the 20th Century, and still they hold themselves apart, and continue to practice their common way of living. And a gentleman named Adolph Shickelgruber roumded up a bunch of them from all over, and killed a bunch of them.

Then along comes one Franklin Delano Rosenfelt, and he and others conspire to give these pore folks who CALLED themselves Jews-- which they were not, they were Khazars without a drop of semitic blood-- a 'homeland'.

Well, old Rosenfelt died in company of his mistress, and his successor, a failed haberdasher named Truman, schemed up a way to steal a large parcel of land from TRUE SEMITES, who had live in the area for many centuries, and install the KHAZARS, without any Semitic blood, in their homeland. The ARABS' homeland, NOT the Khazars.

Sephardic 'jews', people who WERE Semitic, had lived for all these centuries alongside their first cousins, the SEMITIC Arabs. But then the place was overwhelmed with Khazars, supported by the western 'dumbocracies'.

And now fast forward to the present. The Khazars are in political control of the so-called Israel-- go look up what 'Israel' was, Biblically-- and they are killing every Arab they can find, and women and children are the easiest targets.

By and large, the Khazars have shed any semblance of the RELIGION of Judaism, and have no Semitic blood. And these shape-shifters are now claiming the mantle of 'Judaism'. And somehow have just plain befuddled those unaware of their real history into supportijng them.

And, as could be predicted, they resumed their historical thieving, killing ways. And have drawn in the United Stated and other western nations into their web. Of course, the leadership KNOWS this, whether the pore old weedy people know it, or not.

I went to one of the two or three most 'jewish' schools in America. And I am NOT left with a good taste in my mouth for the experience of fraternizing with them.

Them people in Israel are no more 'pure' as you say as anyone.

But my history taught to me is that when Ishmael and Issac parted, one was given the Jewish people as his following or 'clan' as you say, and the other got the dogs which are now the n!ggers of the Arabic world.

The state of Israel is occupied by Jews, God's chosen ones, and they allow for the dog Arabs to occupy some land of theirs, and the dogs want more -- all the land and All the blood of the Israelites.

Why do you think there are distinctions commonly recognized amongst so-called 'jews'?

Ashkenazi (Khazar) are utterly different than Sephardim. A few Sephardim managed to get to Spain, who threw them out or forced them to convert to Catholicism. The remainder were largely confined to the Middle East.

Khazars are no more Semitic than I am. And if they are not Semitic, then they do not figure in to the equation. Generally they do not even practice Judaism as a religion, and they have no Semitic blood.

I might as well say that people who have dark hair and light eyes and IQ over XXX need a 'homeland'. And find someone to give me a bunch of money to start buying out and then eventually just evicting anyone in... let's say, Miss-sippy, or Arkansas, where land is plenty and cheap. And get some governments to back my efforts, while I populate the place by importing dark haired, light eyed people with IQ over XXX.

Soon enough, Miss-sippy, let's say, will be full of smart, dark haired, light eyed people. And anyone with blond hair and/or dark eyes and/or IQ below XXX will be persecuted and hunted towards extinction in Miss-sippy.

And dark haired, light eyed, smart people will have a 'homeland' and will be happy and there will be peace. Right?

No, absolutely dead wrong. There will be nothing but war and robbery and killing.

Which is what is, precisely, happening because of Iz-ra-hell.

First of all, it is easily demonstrated that what we read as 'the Bible' has gone through so many hands and so many translations that it is irrelevant. Have you ever read the 'dedication page' of a KIng James Bible? 'O pleeez oh mighty king, please like our translation, and doan kill us.'

And 'aiding in the translation' was a bunch of rabbis. Well, it becomes a bit easier to see how that's going to turn out, doesn't it?

The Bible has no place in secular government. It is an invitation to disaster-- precisely as we see in Iz-ra-hell right now.

Sephardim lived in peace, more or less, with their Semitic cousins, the Arabs, for many centuries. It's the Khazars who generated the problems-- and the idiotic Western governments who threw their weight behind the Khazars.

Khazars came from RUSSIA, and are not Semitic.

Frankly, I care not what you believe nor whom you support. But you do need to be aware of fact. You cannot do justice by stealing from one group to give to another. And if you do injustice, and enforce it with arms, you are inviting disaster.

I have dealt with Arabs extensively and intimately as an engineer. I lived amongst and have dealt with Khazars equally as much. I'm not much of a fan of either, as groups. But I can see reality, and truth.  And I can see where violence begets violence.

Is this REALLY what you want? Do you REALLY think that you are doing God's will by supporting non-Semites in their wanton killing of Semites, on land the Semites have lived on for centuries?

Yes, I suppose we do each have a personal view of reality. However. reality IS, and needs no personal point of view to BE. Personal points of view may be true to reality, or they may be as false as the tooth fairy. But reality remains what it is.

I am giving you nothing by saying that you do and believe as you wish. No need to thank me. It's not my responsibility.

But I made my living, and a good one, by dealing on a daily, hourly, minute-by-minute basis with reality. My judgment of what was real and what was not gave an INSTANT conclusion. If I fell prey to 'believing' what was not 'real', I was instantly faced with the results-- fire, explosion, death and destruction, or simply 'it don't work'. I did not make my living by constructing an artifice of words, nor ANY sort of artifice.

I was gifted with the ability to see physical reality, and to manipulate it to achieve desired results. I was also gifted with the ability to express my thoughts clearly and concisely in English. Sadly, I was not gifted with the ability to do so in 'other' languages. I had several semesters of Spanish, to no avail. I can say hello and goodbye and curse a bit, with a horrible accent, in Spanish, but that's about the extent of it.

But in physical reality, not artificial constructs intended to put a smokescreen around the untrue to deceive the unwary, I am in my true element. And I can deal with reality with the same tools used to deceive. I can express reality in a clear, unclouded, and concise manner using the English language.

Likewise, I am able to see through artificial smokescreens, created through the same means-- the English language.

The only people I have taken to raise are my sons. And they are grown men, and thus beyond my control, though they are still willing to listen to me and consider my words and my expressions of reason. This tells me that I did OK in my efforts. But I have neither the capability nor inclination to enforce my views at the muzzle of a gun. Reality has its own methods of correcting false perceptions. Therefore, I say 'do as you wish'.

But supporting the notion of stealing from me to support and encourage falsehoods, and efforts grounded in fallacies irks me. For whatever reasons, the various gangs of thieves-- otherwise known as 'governments'-- are engaged in actions in support of fallacies. They use naked force to compel the acceptance of these fallacies. Almost certainly, those 'in control' know-- KNOW-- that what they are doing is founded in fallacy-- and are therefore acting for ulterior and hidden motives, which ARE realities..

There appears to be nothing that I can do about that. However.... if you want me to BELIEVE AND SUPPORT these efforts to perpetuate fallacies for ulterior and hidden motives, I would suggest that you start early, be prepared to stay late, bring plenty of help, and lunch for everyone involved.
